We are a French Culinary Academy teaching level one star Michelin since 12 years in South of France, we will open our second school in Miami ( Coral Gables) in September and we will have short programs specially for Chefs wishing to improve their skills in the French cuisine or pastry level one Michelin star or just get new ideas or recipies.
It( is a “Boutique school” with a small number of places per class to be very near from the goal of each participant.
